Lending in the COVID Era
Complimentary Webinar Series
Kilgour Williams Capital, together with our key lending partners, offered a complimentary webinar series to explore and understand how COVID-19 has affected different segments of the credit market. Over three 45 minute sessions we explored how the pandemic has affected Consumer Lending, Small Business Lending, and Residential Construction Lending.
We analyzed how the pandemic affected borrowers and its knock-on effect on credit portfolios. We examined actions taken by lenders and others to support borrowers through the pandemic, and we explored the prognosis for new lending today and going forward.
Each session was co-hosted by Kilgour Williams Capital and an executive from a leading lender in each vertical. For Consumer loans, we were joined by Lending Club, the largest fintech lender in the United States. To address the Small Business sector, we looked to Biz2Credit, the leading independent Small Business Lender in the US, and for the Real Estate sector, Sharestates – a leading real estate lender that has originated over $2 billion in financing.
